All times are approximate, and rates would be the same for reversed routings. Transfers are on a shared basis.
TOUR LEADERS: For parties of 10+ full paying guests, bona fide tour leaders are charged 50% of the per person sharing rate and are accommodated in the designated guest accommodation.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Serviced Tents and Huts:
• Children rates do not apply. Full adult rates charged as per pricing structure.
Campsites:
• Ages 6 years and below: pay a reduced rate of 50 % adult rate.
• Ages 7 - 12 years pay a reduced rate of 75% adult rate.
• Ages 13 years and above pay full adult rate.
Activities:
• Children under 18 years pay 50% of all activities.
• Guests 19 years and over charged full adult rate
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rates are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 14% (Government regulated and subject to change)
• Impact Levy of USD 1 per person per night (adults and children), charged on the invoice.
• Compulsory government bed levy of USD 1.50 per person per night (adults and children), charged on the invoice.
• Activities on offer, rates and departure times are subject to change.
• Quoted rates may change without prior notice should government taxes, fuel prices and other fees increase drastically and unexpectedly. Please confirm all rates.
Impact Levy
A non-refundable per person per night Impact Levy is added to each bed-night booked at Masika properties. The fee is crucial for protecting wildlife, securing and managing wildlife habitats, and uplifting communities in the areas in which we operate.
• Provisional bookings are held for 2 weeks only before the system automatically releases them.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged upon confirmation, payable within 30 days.
• Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
No cancellation charges over and above the non-refundable deposit paid will be raised if part or all of the reservation is cancelled 31 days prior to arrival date.
• 30 – 20 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total reservation value
• 19 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation value
• 14 – 8 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation value
• 7 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total reservation value
